Focusing my business and serving the Rochester community has always been in the forefront. I have learned to keep and maintain a database and utilizing it for an ongoing business, even after 25 years. I have developed an 85% referral based business thru my database that has served me well. I recently completed Brian Buffini’s 100 days to Greatness course, just to refocus myself on a referral based business. I have always worked with seller and buyers moving them across town or across the country and sometimes back to the Rochester area. This comes from constant contact even after they have moved. Timing a customer’s move is very important, particularly if they are relocating in or out of Rochester. Having and using the best technology has been a tremendous advantage. You just have to use it.
As a consistent full time REALTOR® and my involvement over the years I have been awarded REALTOR-Associate 2002, Fran Henty award in 2006, Women's Council of REALTORS®, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Sales Master, Pinnacle, Extra Mile and Zenith Awards. I am active in community fund raising, Rochester AM Rotary, Fashion Show’s and a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network and Galisano Children’s Hospital.
